Managing Partner

As managing partner, Lucas Bechtle assists you in your top-level executive search endeavours and is the first point of contact for our clients. Over the past few years, he has gained extensive experience and achieved great success in various recruitment environments ranging from classic executive search consultancies to small start-up recruiting agencies. His passion for digitalisation and his love of networking led him to establish Digital Future.

Nikolas Hoche

Managing Partner

In addition to his executive search experience, managing partner Nikolas Hoche maintains a select active candidate network in the CDO environment and digital sector. His primary focus consists of identifying, selecting and developing leaders as well as setting up digital units.

Heiner Thorborg has been a shareholder and chairman of the advisory board of Digital Future since 2019. With over 40 years of experience in the field, he is one of the most renowned top-level executive search experts in Germany. His extensive international network as well as his passion for innovation perfectly complement our team’s enthusiasm and individual approach, and form the basis for sustainable success and dynamic teamwork.


Diversity has been an important topic for the Digital Future team since the company’s inception in 2016. We are strong advocates of women in the digital world and believe this to be one of the top issues of our time.
