Lucas is the first point of contact for our clients and supports them in their search for top executives.

Nicolas Hoche worked in executive search after studying classic business administration. He is a managing partner and has a selected network of candidates in the CDO environment and digital sector. In addition to finding and selecting executives, Nikolas also focuses on expanding digital units.
