Digital Future's approach to the search primarily involved assembling a target company list consisting of B2B SaaS companies, with a special focus on the HR and recruiting field. We focused on start-ups and scale-ups, where professionals typically lead the scaling of the organization from Seed to Series A. Our focus extended to candidates with a background in sales and HR, adept at growing and managing teams. We also emphasized a proven track record of driving strong revenue growth. This position reports directly to the co-founders.

Just a few weeks after initiating the search, we presented a candidate map comprising 12 top-tier candidates. Despite market turbulence and intense competition for exceptional talent, the company interviewed six candidates, ultimately selecting two for the final round. Digital Future's commitment to understanding the client's unique requirements was instrumental in working with the company to successfully complete the project within a reasonable timeframe.
