CFO for PE-backed Portfolio Company
Digital Future placed a high calibre CFO for a PE-backed international software portfolio company operating in the SaaS industry. To support future growth, an experienced CFO with international experience was required to support the CEO and the wider organisation in implementing the defined expansion strategy. This key role reports directly to the company's CEO and is an integral part of the management team.
Process
Digital Futures' search methodology centred on building a list of target companies, including portfolio companies of both investment and private equity firms, specifically targeting large corporations and mid-market companies, where individuals often come from positions such as CFO, VP Finance or Head of Finance. During the search, Digital Future also focused on candidates with SaaS experience, with the ability to initiate and manage new businesses.
