VP Head of Sales, US for Global Tech-Company
Digital Future was responsible for filling a top-class position as Vice President and Head of Sales for the Business Unit Commerce that plays a key role in positioning the company in North America. Reflecting the company's customer-centric approach, the position assembles a regional team that will work closely with local partners and take over the existing portfolio, while growing and winning strategic accounts. The position reports directly to the company's Global Head of Sales, BU Commerce.
Process
As a trustworthy partner in the international market, Digital Future was able to elaborate a tailor-made market mapping based on existing contacts and recommendations in the US market. Digital Future located and addressed direct competitors through a list of target companies. A candidate map consisting of 15 high-profile candidates was presented just four weeks after placing the search. 13 of them received positive feedback. Out of four candidates interviewed, two candidates made it to the final round.
