Deine Aufgaben
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and new customers in the digital and technology industries to develop a deep understanding of their specific business needs and cultural characteristics.
- Proactively search for and reach out to executives using industry-specific databases, social networks, and other digital platforms.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates using specialized assessments to assess their suitability for the respective management positions.
- Advising and helping our clients make decisions by providing detailed market analysis and insights into compensation trends.
- Coordination and moderation of negotiation discussions between candidates and clients to ensure an efficient and successful placement.
- Maintaining the highest standards of discretion and integrity throughout the search and placement process.
Was dich auszeichnet
- Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in the executive search industry, preferably in the digital or technology sector.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Profound knowledge of the digital economy and its key technologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
